Returns and exchanges

You have 14 days from your order date to request a return. Once you have requested a return, you have 7 days to ship your item(s).

Send an email to returns@shopeightspace.com along with your Order # and item(s) you wish to return to request a return and get your prepaid shipping label. You can also return your items in person at our Miami location.

All items must be unworn with the original tags attached.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE and will be labeled as such on the product page, in your shopping bag, and during checkout. Please keep this in mind when choosing sizes and products. If you have any size questions, you can always reach out to our customer service team for guidance.

Items that are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges include:

- Sale items

- Swimwear

- Socks

- Water Bottles

We reserve the right to return any item that does not comply with our return policy.

Within the United States

STEP 1

Log into your account to locate your Order #. If you placed an order as a guest, you can look up your Order # in the email that was emailed to you on the day you placed the order.

STEP 2

Send an email to return@shopeightspace.com with the Order # and Item(s) you would like to return. 

STEP 3

Check your inbox for a Pre-Paid Shipping Label. If you have not received one after submitting your request, please check your junk folder. Still missing? Contact returns@shopeightspace.com.

STEP 4

Take Pre-Paid Shipping Label and your items to your local United States Postal Service (USPS).

INTERNATIONAL

Please include your packing slip or order details and ship the item(s) back to:

ALL returns for domestic orders within the US are free. We will provide you a prepaid return label via email.

For international returns (including Canada), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your order has been sent to a destination outside of the US, customs, duties, and sales taxes are not refundable through EightSpace. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

Yes, we offer exchanges. If you are in need of a different size, color, or item, simply follow our returns process for the item/items you no longer want, and send the items back to:

Once we receive the item, we'll ship out the new item. Please note that the same rules that apply to noneligible return items apply to exchnages.

If you received a gift and want to exchange it, please contact returns@shopeightspace.com and we can help you out.

Please send an email to returns@shopeightspace.com. In the body of the email please include your order number, a picture of the damage and a short description of the issue.

No. All items will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Once your return has been shipped back to us, please allow 3-5 business days for the return to be processed. Please allow additional time for international orders.

Your store credit will be available in your EightSpace account for immediate use as soon as the return is processed.

You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

Shipping

Standard orders will ship within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed after 3:00pm EST on Friday or over the weekend will ship on the following Monday (excluding major holidays).

Expedited orders placed by 3:00pm EST on business days will be shipped same day. Please note that Expedited orders placed after 3:00pm EST on Friday or over the weekend will ship on the following Monday (excluding major holidays).

Overnight orders placed by 3:00pm EST on business days will be shipped same day and deliver on the next business day. Please note that Overnight orders placed after 3:00pm EST on Friday or over the weekend will ship on the following Monday (excluding major holidays).

International orders placed by 3:00pm EST will ship out within 2 business days. On occasion, orders are held to be reviewed by our team; these orders may be subject to shipment delays.

For standard shipments within the US, you can expect your order to arrive in 3 business days. Domestic shipping guidelines apply to shipping within the contiguous United States only. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, and US Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, and Micronesia are considered non-domestic and are subject to longer ship times.

For standard shipments outside the US, you can expect your to order to arrive in 10—14 business days. Delivery times will vary based on destination country.

Once your order has shipped, we will send a confirmation email that includes tracking information. You can also find your tracking number by logging into your EightSpace account.

Please allow up to 24 hours from when you receive your tracking number for activity to update.

$30 USD/Order flat rate to most countries outside of the US

Most international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning duties and taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Once the order lands in the destination country, no additional payment will be required to release the order. We are pleased to offer this service to our international customers for expedited delivery, so that you can enjoy your EightSpace goods as soon as possible!

For select countries, we are unable to ship DDP. In this case, we will ship Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU), and duties and taxes will not be displayed at checkout. Once the order lands in the destination country, payment of taxes and duties may be required to release the order from customs.

Yes, of course. These are treated as standard shipments and the same rules apply. 

We are so sorry, but if you choose to return items, EightSpace is not responsible for refunding VAT and duties. You may be able to contact the shipping provider to receive a refund of these duties.

Gift Cards

Of course! Head to https://shopeightspace.com/collections/eightspace/products/gift-card to place an order for our digital gift card that we can email.

We offer gift cards from $50 to $250.

Please note that gift cards are non-refundable.
